EatsOnly provides a cloud-based restaurant management system including POS, inventory tracking, staff management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate business information and comply with all local laws regarding restaurant operations and taxation.

4. Payment and Subscription

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed through our secure payment partners. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to your data.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy:

  • Once a subscription is sold or activated, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
  • All sales are final. We encourage you to use the free trial period (if available) or contact sales for a demo before making a purchase.
  • There is no provision for the cancellation of a subscription once it has been paid for.

6. Limitation of Liability

EatsOnly is provided "as is". We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions caused by technical failures or system updates.
